Service Description

1st & 2nd Wednesday YOGA: Vinyasa Yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary depending on the teacher. 3rd & 4th Wednesday HIIT: HIIT (high-intensity interval training) group experiences maximize your results together onsite. HIIT is a training technique that alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief rest periods, using a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises to burn up to 500-600 calories in a single session, accelerating fat loss and building lean muscle. Boot camp classes enhance coordination and balance, developing muscular, cardiovascular, and endurance strength.
