Service Description

Instructor-led HIIT group class hosted by Swyft Fitness. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts alternate between short, intense bursts of exercise and brief recovery periods until you reach exhaustion. These intense bursts can last from 15 seconds to 4 minutes, and are usually followed by a quick recovery period. This HIIT workout is a 60 min session that includes activities like sprints, burpees, sit-ups, mountain climbers, and push-ups in the fitness center.
